Led by renowned winemaker Jason Ligas, one of the most exciting voices in the Greek natural wine scene, VOI Wines reflects a deep respect for the land and its indigenous varieties. His project is based in the historic village of Krania, where the winery is housed in a beautifully restored old stone primary school—now transformed into a minimal, characterful space dedicated to artisanal winemaking.

During your visit, enjoy a guided tasting of handcrafted wines made from local grape varieties such as Xinomavro, Stavroto, and Krassato, cultivated using biodynamic and permaculture principles. Each wine expresses the unique terroir of Olympus, shaped by altitude, wind, and rocky soils.
